Daily Facility Fee:


Monday-Thursday:   $125.00/hour

Friday: $1,200.00 (8am-11pm)

Saturday:$1,500.00 (8am-11pm)

Sunday: $1,200.00 (8am-11pm)

Daily Facility Fee Includes:


-15 hours of facilty use

-165 white chairs

-25 60″ round tables

-5 6′ banquet tables

-Free trash disposal

-Unlimited use of the caterer’s Kitchen

-All onsite consumables (paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Other Fees & Services:


Booking Deposit:  50% of Total Cost

(Balance due 30 days prior to event)

Security Deposit:  $200.00*

Alcohol Deposit:      $200.00*

Linen Rental: $8.00/linen

Clean-Up Service: $200.00

Set-Up Service: $100.00

Event Planning Service avaliable upon request

*Fully refundable provided the room and grounds are clean and secured after each event with no damages. Due 7 days prior to scheduled event.
